Which methods of payments can I use?

 

We accept payment via all major credit cards Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover & more. Another verified form of payment is Apple Pay. Payment via PayPal is being setup and verified, and will be an accepted form of payment soon.

Can I track my order?

All orders are shipped with one of the 3 major U.S. carriers. You will receive an email when your order ships which will include the name of the carrier and a tracking number. Packages cannot be tracked until they are picked up by the carrier, so there may be a delay between the email and availability of usable tracking information.

What is the Return Policy? 

​

Most of our products come with a 6 month warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not include misuse, abuse or excess wear due to incorrect sizing. If the issue is determined to be a manufacturing defect, the items will be replaced, all other items will be sent back to you (if requested). If you receive an item with any type of defect, please reach out us via the contact form on this page or email us at quatrooutdoors@gmail.com to start the return process (please include your order number). We will contact you for more information or return instructions. Keep all receipts and packaging in case of the need to return or exchange.

I forgot to use my discount code!

So sorry about that, but we can’t issue any type of refund for unused discount codes. If you contact us via the contact form on this page or email us at quatrooutdoors@gmail.com to start the correction process (please include your order number), we would be happy to offer a personalized discount code good for your next order.

Has my order been sent yet?

 

All orders in stock ship out of Western New York within 1 business day. You will receive an email when we receive your order and another when your order is shipped. If an item from your order is not in stock, you will be notified immediately with an expected ship date.

Delivery - How much is it and how long does it take?

Shipping is always free! Once an order is shipped, it will take 2-5 days to receive depending on the shipping location.

Part of my order is wrong or missing?

If any part of your order is wrong or missing, please reach out us via the contact form on this page or email us at quatrooutdoors@gmail.com to start the correction process (please include your order number). We will contact you for more information to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Keep all receipts and packaging in case of the need to return or exchange.

I’ve found the boots I want but can’t select my size?

​

Most of the boots sold here are only available in full sizes. Please refer to the sizing guide on the product page for more details on fit and half sizes. If a product has been discontinued, the sizes will be removed from the offered selection as they are sold out and will no longer be available.
